I would absolutely encourage other franchisees to, hire and to do their programs. One, because it’s difficult. Hourly positions are some of the hardest ones to staff for, and the fact that they are dedicated to that group of, people and to, recruit that group of, hourly, employees, I think, is is niche and and and really needed.
