I would absolutely encourage other franchisees to, hire and to do their programs. One, because it’s difficult. Hourly positions are some of the hardest ones to staff for, and the fact that they are dedicated to that group of, people and to, recruit that group of, hourly, employees, I think, is is niche and and and really needed. Also, I really believe that the hands on support that’s provided by is just not as common as you would expect, and so it’s very refreshing and and makes you feel good about partnering with them.
