  • What You Will Do In This Position


    • Identify potential leads and establish new client relationships.
    • Attend in-person events and trade shows as a lead representative for HireSmart.
    • Execute outreach strategies, including cold calls and LinkedIn networking, with guidance from our team.
    • Manage warm leads, nurture relationships, and secure new business.
    • Participate in sales conversations and follow-up communications.
    • Maintain our CRM system, using Trello to manage and update client interactions.

    • Grow & Nurture our Client Base: By building relationships and influencing potential customers, you will increase the number of quality leads and revitalize leads currently in our database.
    • Increase Client Satisfaction: Through your quick responses and excellent service, you will improve client satisfaction and retention rates.
    • Contribute to the Team: Your proactive and independent work ethic will greatly contribute to the overall success and growth of HireSmart.

  • You Possess The Basica Requirements


    • Proven experience in a corporate setting or B2B environment.
    • Excellent communication skills and a level of polish that allows you to represent HireSmart effectively.
    • Proficient with Zoom, Linkedin, Trello, and Monday preferred.
    • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
    • Experienced traveler

    • Competitive compensation of $50k Base plus the opportunity to earn commission. Expected total $70-75k in the first year and over $100,000 in the second year, depending on your ability to bring in business.
