Full-time Position

Do you have strong sales skills and hands-on substance use disorder experience? Can you influence stakeholders and build partnerships to increase access to lifesaving medications? Are you knowledgeable about the treatment infrastructure and political nuances?   • What You'll Do


    • Build relationships and influence stakeholders to increase access to lifesaving medications
    • Develop strategies tailored to regional dynamics to drive market share.
    • Represent our mission at conferences and task forces
    • Collaborate to align messaging and remove barriers
    • Educate communities and stakeholders on naloxone and its life-saving impact.
    • Influence decision makers to increase access to and procurement of high-dose naloxone.
    • Build partnerships with healthcare organizations, first responders, corrections, and advocacy groups.
    • Develop regional strategies to drive utilization and market share growth.
    • Represent our mission by presenting at conferences and engaging with regional task forces.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging and remove barriers to access.

     

    You’ll be on point educating communities and influencing stakeholders in your California region to drive utilization of high-dose naloxone. This is not an ambassador role – it requires analytical skills, political know-how, and the ability to persuade decision-makers. You must understand the nuances of the treatment infrastructure and sell ideas in this complex landscape.

    • SUD Knowledgeable – You are experienced in the substance use disorder space or adjacent fields like public health fields like HIV/AIDS.
    • Sales Savvy – You have the ability to sell and influence decision makers.
    • Adaptable Communicator – You openly communicate with diverse groups without preaching or moralizing.
    • Criminal Justice Insight – You could have relevant experience in corrections, criminal justice, or recovery services.
    • Strategic Thinker – You develop creative strategies tailored to regional dynamics and needs.
  • You Possess These Basic Requirements


    • 3+ years experience in pharmaceutical, medical affairs, or biotech sales
    • Experience in substance use disorder landscape preferred
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to travel regionally, though centered in CA and the following states: CO, WA, OR, AZ and KS
